As a creative director and writer, my job is to ensure that the work is strategically on target, creatively brilliant … and makes an emotional connection. Effective communications is all about making contact with people as individuals. It’s the words they read or hear, the look and feel of the design and their overall interaction. Everything has to touch them and the strongest offer or call to action can fall short if it doesn’t.
I’ve worked on a variety of accounts, including airlines, financial services, health care, automotive manufacturing and services, and large commercial printers to name a few. And I’ve led teams for a number of leading creative agencies, including Organic, BBDO and Campbell-Ewald.
